Shark Bay is a World Heritage Site located off the mid-west coast of Western Australia. Inscribed by UNESCO on the World Heritage list in 1991. It is one of only a handful of places on earth that ticks all 4 criteria for natural listing. 

Also known as Western King prawns, they are famed for their sweet meat firm texture, and you can be sure of fantastic tasting, sustainable Australian seafood.
